Our Story
It started with a desire...
...to get out of the box and create something meaningful with the capability of giving back to our community. In May 2016, Desired Cleaning Services was born. Since then, we have had the pleasure of being preferred vendors for some of the most respected, and long-standing names in the property management industry. We also upgraded from contractors to officially becoming a Nebraska Limited Liability Company.
As we continue to grow, expand, and improve to better serve our ever-changing community, we will never lose sight of where we came from including those who have given us a hand in business. It is because of the many mentors, partners, and clients, that we have been able to serve the Omaha metro, Lincoln, Fremont, and Council Bluffs areas over the years with great success!

Desiree Galloway
The founder and leader in business development - she's your go-to for accounting, partner relations, and administration.

Originally from Colorado, Desi moved to Omaha to pursue her dreams in a slower paced city and enjoy "The Good Life". Her favorite things about Omaha are the Passageway, farmers markets, and Ted & Wally's ice cream.
John Coaker
Our Account Manager and sales specialist. He oversees service operations and development. A licensed property and casualty agent, John has his BSBA with a concentration in management from our very own UNO.

Outside of work, John is a nature enthusiast and spends time caring for plants and his fish tank. He also enjoys travel and exploring new destinations the midwest has to offer.
Elijah Marshall
Who we have leading our Cleaning Technicians and managing services is Eli. He ensures each property is serviced to our standards, our technicians are up to date on industry training, and coordinating ISSA certifications.

This Omaha native enjoys his bonsai garden, exploring new loose leaf teas/coffee, and all things fitness.
Jade 'The Dog'
The mastermind behind all things snacks, naps, and potty breaks. Wins employee of the month more often than not but nobody really knows what she does.
She is the only reported case of nepotism in the organization.
